We enjoyed the comfortable bed, clean bedroom, and friendly staff at this hotel. The pool area was great, and we appreciated the convenient shuttle service to nearby attractions. Additionally, the hotel was close to meetings and expo events, making it the perfect location for our needs.

Good location in Iracema and helpful staff. Good facilities although a little outdated.
My room was full of fruit flies!!! I complained to the front desk about the problem and was immediately handed a bottle of bug spray as though I was going to want to deal with it myself and breath in the spray in a small room afterwards. I refused but it was clear that this was a common problem. I requested another room and none were available. I spent four days killing bugs in my room. Terrible!!!

The location, the swimming pool space, the sea view
The very bad quality of the facilities (room, including furniture, plus common spaces), the quality of the room clothing. I mean, after all, this hotel presents itself as a 5 star hotel. Probably it was, but some 10 years ago, now it could be classified, at most, as an 3,5 stars... It desperately needs a full fledge refurbishment.

During my recent Christmas stay, I enjoyed the beautiful pool area with plenty of loungers to relax in and soak up the sun. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was also convenient and close to many popular tourist attractions.
The rooms were very outdated and in need of renovation. the air conditioning unit was noisy and ineffective in keeping the room cool.

The exclusive amenities provided here fulfilled my luxurious needs. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area were breathtaking. the attentive service of the staff took care of all my requirements. the private facilities included in my room were top-notch, ensuring complete privacy.
The restaurant's menu options were slightly limited, but the quality of the food served satisfied my taste buds. In my personal experience, this hotel offered a pleasant stay with its well-maintained swimming pool and garden area and exclusive amenities in the rooms.

We were disappointed with the hotel's location as it was not close to any shops or restaurants. Although it was possible to walk to the main beaches, the walk was through undermaintained and unsafe areas. the hotel had a great pool for swimming and a good breakfast selection.
The hotel's rooms were very dated and in need of an upgrade. the air conditioning was difficult to control, and the bathrooms were not the cleanest.

The hotel had a nice breakfast and lunch menu, which was perfect for starting a busy day in the city. the inventive pool area with attractive design was a great place to catch some sun and chill. The hotel also had beach access, which made it easy to enjoy a sun-soaked day by the sea.
The hotel seemed a bit run-down in places and a little out of date. Walking around the area seemed a bit dodgy, which made it difficult to navigate the area safely.
